With over 20 years of experience as a certified life coach and career coach, I've guided countless individuals on their journey to personal and professional fulfillment.
I started my career in Corporate Sales Training, where I discovered my true calling: helping others. Over the years, I've honed my skills through offering personalized consulting services to small business clients all the way to large enterprises with up to $5M in annual revenue.
My own experiences with overcoming challenges and achieving personal growth have equipped me with the empathy and insight to guide you effectively. My approach is personalized, compassionate, and action-oriented. I believe that everyone has the power to create the life they desire, and I'm here to provide the tools, support, and motivation you need to get there.
Experienced in corporate America, I found that I did not value myself like I should. I do not have a college degree. However, I was doing the same job as people with college degrees. The only difference is they were receiving higher compensation than I was. I work just as hard as a person with a college degree, and I deserved more than I was receiving. I had been training colleagues to become team leaders who would in turn become my manager. I thought this was normal.
After meeting Lisa, I see things a little differently. She gave me that encouragement to ask for more. She guided me through the process of resume refinement, applying for a desired position, interview coaching, and salary negotiation. Now I am moving on to a new career.
